Michael Reid, Jr.
Pastor Mike has served on staff at TBC since 2005, after graduating from Pensacola Christian College. He has served in several roles including youth pastor, music director, and associate pastor. In January 2026 Pastor Mike succeeded his father, Pastor Mike Reid, Sr., as the senior pastor at TBC. He and his wife, Megan, have been married since 2017 and have since been blessed with three sons, Michael Alan, III "Tripp," Wesley David, and Hudson Daniel.

Michael Reid, Sr.
After graduating from Tennessee Temple University, Pastor Mike Reid, Sr. served on the church staff of Normandy Baptist Temple in Jacksonville, Florida for 13 years. The Lord then led Pastor Reid and his family to Fredericksburg, Virginia to pastor Temple Baptist Church, where he served the people of Fredericksburg and surrounding communities from June 1994 to January 2026. Pastor Reid had been married to his wife, Jeanine, for 40 years before she went to be with the Lord in 2021. They have 3 children and 13 grandchildren.
